I've stayed here several times previously and have always appreciated the helpful and friendly staff, lovely grounds , quaint rooms and décor and the large games room and gym.
Small points , but if you add them up, they start to compound:
Aircon, if I could have even read the display, (which I had to take photos of and expand), was barely keeping up with a low temp setting, let alone a normal one. Think the central units need thorough cleaning / re- gassing or replacement with split systems. For breakfast, I had the "Mie Goreng", which in itself was fairly standard, but what I thought would be normally served on the plate with it, would have been Prawn Crackers (Keropok). Instead what was given was literally a swiggly thing that tasted like cardboard. These can normally be bought on the roadside in bulk, in Bali, from a guy with a huge bag of them for a very small sum of money. Personally I think this is embarrassing for a hotel of this standard, and no, no other hotels I have stayed at in Bali (which are many), have served this with a Mie or Nasi Goreng. Please stop serving this. Also standard black "Bali Coffee" is not really a breakfast item on a Western Breakfast menu. If possible, a coffee machine would be great.

pillow was too hard. this is the only thing to complain. Rooms are ok, shower is simple with too weak water pressure. bed is good, toilet is not sound isolated. AC is working well. Food to order was good.

The staff were exceptional and very kind. Putu, Ulu and the staff were kind and responsive. They provided a very sweet birthday celebration for my wife. The resort is beautiful and quiet. Highly recommend for a quiet vacation outside the busy center.
The wifi was out when we arrived but back on a few hours later. The pool was under maintenance and the roof being replaced which happens every 10 years. The staff were very apologetic. The location is out of the city centre so not as easy convenient but the quiet and beauty of the resort is lovely. The bathroom in our room had the shower and toilet combo in one. Be alert when booking the cheapest room.

The garden was amazing.
The property is very old. The bathroom is very small and the toilet is at other corner in the room. There was only one sink which was small and not useful at all. The location is mid of nowhere. 6 km away from the centrum.
