The building presents well and room was nice, clean and modern with hot water, good size bathroom and balcony. Even had a day bed in a basic room. Staff was very friendly. Location was okay, on the highway but wasn't noisy. You have a 12 minute walk in dark back roads to access the main shopping and eating street. Pool looked good but didnt use it.
Breakfast was bad. It was a buffet that wasn't huge (thats ok) and looked good but taste was either bland or bad. I love asian food but not this food. Dining Area is open and nice with pool at one end and gardens on sides. Unfortunately they allow smoking at the pool end of dining room.
Smokers congregate sometimes at main entrance.

Clean and the room was spacious and very well appointed. Location was perfect. Close to Sanur beach and some very good selection of restaurants to choose from! The breakfast at the hotel was also very good. Great offerings covering continental and traditional Balinese food.
I can't think of anything negative.
