The rooms were big enough. Shower is large. Hot water takes some time to come through though. Turn on and wait but then its hot. TV reception was not great at times but we worked it out ok on better channels. Buffering was an issue. Pool is great. Its shaded in the arvo but it wasn't cold at all. Staff are lovely. Breakfast is included and very good. Lots of choices off a menu. You can sit in that area in the afternoon and buy drinks. Property is down a lane just off the main road of sanur. Very central to lots. Great location . Electric buses to catch if you dont want to walk. Large restuarant up to the left that has music most nights. We chose the ground floor room 102 as its more sound proofed due to music at night but it never bothered us to be honest. Would stay again. The 4 kitten's and mum were a delight to engage with at breaky each morning.

We stayed above reception not in the main building. The only positive I guess is that the beds are comfortable.
Noisy, very basic, a bit run down, toilet, shower could really be cleaned properly or renovated. Well all in all another perfect example of pictures way better then reality..
