The location is absolutely fantastic xx the staff are friendly and helpful, literally the only thing I didnt like was being on the second floor I would rather a ground room which wasn't in the description

Location, three pools were amazing. Grounds are quite nice.
Grotty. Room had marks all over the walls. Door to kitchen area filthy. Poor communication by staff - breakfast options weren't told to any guests. This could be such a great place but there is not a lot of love given to the property.
