A great property, amazing pool, with two distinct areas within the one pool. Rooms were large with plenty of room for two suitcases. Breakfast had good options.
Shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor.

Buggy to and from beach and icon mall was a big hit for us on hot days or lots of shopping

Great value for money. Excellent breakfast with lots of variety and the best bircher muesli I’ve had. Loved the complimentary cart to get to icon. I had a bed booked through Bali kids hire which the hotel do not allow- but they did give us a kids bed complimentary which we were very grateful for. We also loved the pool and even though they’re currently upgrading the board walk there were minimal disruptions.
Our room smelt quite damp and mouldy, which didn’t really go away. I know this is probably unavoidable in a hot and humid place like Bali but worth the mention as I know this can really bother others.

Location. Pleasant staff. Room very clean.
Cold shower. It took 10minutes to warm up I discovered. Toilet not working properly, even after it was supposed to have been repaired, it remained the same.
