The pool was absolutley lovely and breakfast had a very large variety to choose from but the rooms are getting a bit tired eg the shower leaked all over the floor everytime I had a shower so I had to put towels on the floor.
The staff could be a bit friendlier, reception told two of our friends everything they needed to know about the room, complimentary mini bar items and about the beach area but our reception told us none of it and when we asked he said that the baggage guy would tell us, not true the bags were dropped in the room and he left. We wanted to use the buggy three times during out stay and it was either on charge or in for maintenance so we never used it.

Central Sanur location, outstanding pool, great breakfast service, a good spread of sun beds with umbrellas at the beach only a short walk or complimentary buggy ride away, incredibly happy and helpful staff.
The property is a little tired around the edges but not a problem for our stay.

Always a good breakfast.
Although we only stayed 3 nights on this occasion, we were located next to some rooms which were undergoing noisy structural renovations. Any thoughts of quietly reading in our room were quickly dispelled. Other than that, the hotel met expectations and we would return again.

Location. Pleasant staff. Room very clean.
Cold shower. It took 10minutes to warm up I discovered. Toilet not working properly, even after it was supposed to have been repaired, it remained the same.
