Location was around 150m from beachside walk, plenty of eateries & shopping options. 5min walk from Bali Icon via beach or 10min via main road.
Small resort, rooftop infinity pool, breakfast included was a good start to the day.
House behind resort has a rooster which crows most hours and many dogs which bark & fight, this can be off putting, but the good outways like location makes up for this.

We stayed at the Kayangan 5 days earlier and were happy to return. The staff are wonderful. The pool is awesome and the hotel is located in our favourite area in Sanur. We will be booking again in Dec 2027.
During our first stay our room was on the 2nd floor and it was wonderful. This time we were on the 1st floor and the room was scruffy in comparison but still clean. This room was noisy from other patrons dragging their chairs, banging doors etc. This was not an issue on the 2nd floor. That said we will book again regardless of which room is available. A little gem near the beach.

Mostly everything pretty much a boutique hotel only has 8 rooms and only a short walk to the beach. Has its own restaurant and bar attached and roof top ifinity pool was spectacular. Staff super friendly and helpful.
Possibly the cats, dogs and roosters waking you up every day before dawn, but hardly the hotels fault I guess!

Close to the beach. Great restaurant across the road. Nice water views. Beautiful large villa. Bed was amazing, it was like sleeping on clouds. Good air conditioning. Shy girl at reception, who I believe was still in the learning process and had a lot to learn.
No body helped me with my bags. I am a solo traveler, a woman in my early 60's and just thought that help should have been offered. I wasn't going to say anything because I told the owner about the many issues that I encountered on the one evening that I spent there before my late flight to return home. I was not permitted to check in either early or later for my evening flight. I would have paid for 5 and a half hours but it wasn't offered at all.
Very little hot water and the beautiful bath did not keep the bath water in. I told the staff, but nothing was done about it. More importantly, I had internet for about two half hour sessions and that was it. I couldn't even watch Netflix on their television.
The beautiful big kitchen which advertised a working kitchen, I was not able to use the stove. This was one of the reasons that I booked this hotel,
Swimming pool under construction, only available upon checking out. No restaurant or breakfast offered.
I am only stating these problems because I think that these issues desperately need immediate attention.
Customers should know what they may be getting if these problems are not fixed. Staff communication needs to be much better. This place really has potential. I will not go back however because I encountered too many problems and was not even offered a discount.
