Bed/carpet triggered my allergy back and bathroom is not presentable.

Bed/carpet triggered my allergy back. Bath tub/shower super sad. Basically bathroom is not presentable for hotel standards. Limited Breakfast Option. Not presentable swimming pool. We booked garden room, and we got other type of room.

Very pleasant. I will return here.

The location by the beach, helpful staff, good sized room.

Paths were broken and not well lit, so a little dangerous at night. No sign posts to the restaurant.

The staff are always friendly and has great beach front location in Sanur.

I know Covid has not been kind to the travel industry, but they could have told us that the rooms we booked were being renovated and therefore unavailable. We would have stayed at another hotel this time and stayed next time once the renovation is finished. Also the main pool was closed.

The view from Grand Inna Bali Beach is fabulous with stunning sun rise

I booked for these hotel but they sent me to another "old hotel" Grand Inna Bali Beach ..so the all those photos and the real hotel was totally different. The hotel we stayed was very old and all the furniture too and the carpets smelled damp. Wont recommend old Grand Inna Bali Beach to stay...the htl needs a new make up So be careful don't get mix up when you book the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It's a beachfront and a pretty neat garden

I booked for Inna Bali beach garden, but when we came in we were given an entirely different room from the one we saw in the photo. The room looked very old, from the floor and the furniture. Honestly, this room had a bit of a spooky and uncomfortable staying with the kids. We were finally moved to the newer rooms, seems the room just got renovated. Feel better, the floors and furniture there looked much clean & bright. But still, the room was not as look as the one we had reserved. Staff should informed if rooms we've booked are not available, feeling a little misled.

A walk down to 80s memory lane?

The hotel is located near the sanur port. strategic if you are want to spend 1 night before/after trip to one of those islands. The staffs are helpfull, they even let me upgrade to tower complex (5 star hotel) with no additional charges. It was used to be one of the biggest hotel in Sanur Area, so if you like to feel the taste of 20 plus year old premium acommodation, this might be the place

its an over 20 years hotel with minimum maintenance. The room furniture, smell & amenities seemed stay in those areas as well. The beach garden complex was cottages but no one stays there and no one manning the reception as well. I need to go to the 5 star tower just to check in & finally decided to upgrade & stay at the tower as the cottages has no one stay/manning there. The breakfast is far from 5 star hotel quality. with the value paid, i feel like i can get way more better facilities & room than here.

Next to the beach, nice renovated bungalows. Everything new, and really pleasent green surroundings.

The entrance... lobby has dirty poster in the background. Gives unpleasent first impression whilst the place really is nice!

Disappointing

On the beach

Its age. Everything was old - furniture and fixtures. Curtains and net curtains stained needing to washed. Everything was scratched, bumped, banged, dented. Some rooms had no safe or fridge. No minibar. Electrical sockets falling off the walls and unsafe. Breakfast was awful, always luke warm and never varied, same poor choices every day.

Would have chosen something else

The location is great. The pool has a good size. The gardens are nice and well kept.

Except for the reception employees, the rest of them were slightly impolite and they seemed annoyed by the clients. Bathroom (but not only) needs a real cleaning. Food needs improvement. Pool needs to be cleaned more. Walls are thin, you can hear your neighbours very well. The air conditioning system needs to be changed as it's very, but very loud. You cannot sleep with it on. Also, they ask for a 500k Idr (in cash or they block your credit card) in case something goes missing from the room or you damage it. It is rude and also they should write that in booking conditions.

If we are fooled by the photos and promotion coming out nothing works as a guarantee of 500,000 cash the restaurant every cezz that uses EMME advantage of the early wolf the Grobell I've ever spent my life when I order another room charged me absurd
