Lugar inmejorable. Departamento suite muy bello y cómodo. Desayuno bueno y atención muy buena del personal. Lo recomiendo vivamente, si llego a saber antes lo bueno que es el lugar me habría quedado más días.

Me gustó muchísimo la ubicación y la privacidad que tuvimos...
Además pudimos utilizar las instalaciones de la piscina de Luna Volcán
Lo que nos decepcionó fue que el TV era muy pequeño y no era Smart TV

Todo excelente con el hotel, al momento de la reserva elegí una opción y al momento del checkin y al contar con disponibilidad nos cambiaron a una habitación mejor, algo que es súper agradable y genera una buena experiencia al usuario y por la cual se agradece mucho. Las instalaciones en buen estado, las camas espectaculares y súper cómodas para un placentero descanso.
Un punto negativo es que no contaban con dispensador de agua para beber o botellones de agua ora los huésped como en otros hoteles, algo que para personas que bebemos mucha agua y nos hidratamos bastante es súper necesario para no tener que salir a comprar agua en cada momento ya que el agua de los grifos no es bebible.

Nice modern well maintained rooms. Good curtains on the windows.
Light outside bedroom door on sensor can't turn it off. Also the hall lights are on sensors and shine into the apartment and bedroom. TV light and router light also in the bedroom, had to cover all these up to make the room dark. Room has a strange layout like it was used for a different purpose before it was renovated. No water fountain for clean drinking water.
