Gostei bastante da localização, fica bem próximo do centro, da praça, na rua ao lado tem vários restaurantes. O proprietário foi muito gente boa, nos ajudou com tudo que precisávamos.
Quando chegamos não fomos bem recepcionados, houve uma confusão por parte da moça com as reservas no booking.

The hotel is centrally located within walking distance to restaurants, souvenir shops and clubs. The owners and staff are warm and welcoming, they were always ready to give us directions and answer all any questions. We will definitely be back and recommend this charming hotel 100%

El hotel queda cerca del centro, es agradable
Reservé por booking con bastante tiempo de anticipación a nuestro viaje sin embargo nos pusieron en el último piso. Subimos muchas gradas con un adulto mayor lo que no fue nada agradable. Lo primero que la administradora nos indicó al llegar fue que al reservar por Booking el desayuno no era buffet sino continental algo que no se indica en el perfil. Al día siguiente quisimos ir a las piscinas, algo típico de Baños, pero nos corcharon el carro. Pedimos nos ayuden con la salida pero un encargado nos dijo que no podía ayudarnos y que tampoco conocía ningún contacto de taxi. Ibamos con niños y adultos mayores. Deberían mejorar la atención. Las habitaciones no cuentan con cable y quitan el agua caliente.
