La ubicación es excelente, muy céntrico. Nos dejaron todas las indicaciones perfectamente explicadas para nuestra llegada.
Cuenta con todo lo necesario, toallas, secador, tostadora... Hemos encontrado todo lo que hemos necesitado.
El apartamento cuenta con garaje, lo que viene muy bien.
Al ser tan céntrico los días de fin de semana a la noche se oye a la gente que pasa hablando muy alto, pero es una calle lateral por lo que no pasa mucha gente.

Appartement confortable et très propre, idéalement situé en plein centre, à proximité immédiate des bars et restaurants, et avec un accès facile aux Bardenas. Le propriétaire transmet toutes les informations nécessaires pour faciliter l’arrivée. Le garage est également un vrai plus.
La contrepartie de l’emplacement central est le bruit des bars, avec une très mauvaise isolation phonique dans le salon. En revanche, aucun bruit dans la chambre lorsque la fenêtre est fermée. La climatisation est un appareil mobile assez bruyant et il n’y a qu’un ventilateur dans la chambre : il fait donc vite chaud, mais difficile d’ouvrir la fenêtre à cause du bruit extérieur.

Ruim opgezet appartement met fijne bedden, een goed uitgeruste keuken, een mooie ligging en een eigen parkeergarage.
De 'airco' die het appartement vermeld is slechts een mobiele airco. Dit grote appartement kan door zo'n airco niet gekoeld worden waardoor je feitelijk géén airco hebt. Daarnaast lijkt erop alsof de eigenaar in al die jaren geen aandacht heeft gehad voor de onderhoud van het appartement: stopcontacten die niet werken, bedlampen die van de muur af zijn gerukt, schimmel in de badkamer, geen warm water in de keuken, vieze keukenlades en kapotte plinten. Jammer, want bij binnenkomst ziet het er goed uit, maar je merkt al gauw dat het een vergane glorie is.
