The staff were kind and efficient, and the capsule was decent. I paid a little more - not much - for a premium capsule, and I think it was worth it for the extra space. The facilities were good, and there were fresh towels and bathrobes every day if needed.
The only thing that was a bit annoying was having to leave everything in a locker or in the small safe in the capsule, on account of there not being any doors/locks to each capsule. It all worked out fine and the value for money is brilliant, especially considering the location and that it's ten minutes' walk to Shibuya Crossing and all sorts of transport links, but capsules you could actually leave things in and lock would make a multiple-night stay a bit more comfortable. (I'd never stayed in a capsule hotel, so maybe this is normal. Obviously it's not really a problem if you're only staying a night or two.)

First time experience the capsules hotel. Little bigger then grave. In capsules you can just lying down can't move around. No place to change clothes. No sitting areas. Not for me.
