The room was very pleasant overlooking a quite busy road but the noise was marginal. The location is quiet and appeared safe. Depending on your fitness the centre of Verona is a reasonable walk. Not sure about the breakfast not really to our taste but it was well presented and substantial. You have to walk about 70metres to the cafe which provides the meal. The reception staff were excellent and were so lovely and generous with their time and advice, they were a delight to talk to.
Due to our late nights (Flight delay and late night at the Opera) we were woken early by the cleaning team. This could have been solved easily with a Do Not Disturb sign. All smiles in the end.

The room was not very big or luxurious, but perfectly set up for a solo traveler - felt very safe, beautiful window view. The staff was very helpful with everything - getting a lift from the airport, etc.
The breakfast was not my favorite.

Nice place and staff
Cold and moisture room, strange kind of heating, gas «cooker» in the cupboatf made a lot of noise when the temperature falled and «boiled» water for the radiators. Two CO2 alarms in the room was strange in a guest house rooom, but sage due to the «gas cooker» . Breakfast was fairly ok
