Very very cute, as a restored property, you can really see the care and attention to detail the owners have given to create a beautiful experience. Once the restorations are fully complete, this property will be an even more comfortable stay.
The location is a little far from the main Verona city centre, a minimum 30min walk to get to the Old Town of Verona.

Beautiful, clean property. Ivan did his best to make me feel welcomed. 45 min walk into town.

Breakfast was limited but very tasty. It is a 30-minute walk to the center of Verona. Advantage: you can park your car safely. Host was friendly.
We booked the Standard King Room. The description states 15 m², but unfortunately, only half of that is actually usable; it is an ultra-small attic room with low ceiling where an average-sized person can barely stand upright. The bathroom is fine, though the door there is also exceptionally low. For this, and the limited amenities (no elevator, no bar, no fridge at the room...) we think the price-quality ratio is outrageous. You pay for the villa's antique furnishings (which are beautiful by the way!), the garden and the fact that you can park your car. In short, I'm sorry to say that the beauty of the villa and the estate was completely overshadowed by this absurdly small room.
