The location was close to shops, a pub, a short stroll from the market place shops and although next to a school, it was located on a quite road and it feels very safe and secure and good amount of parking.
We liked the system for gaining entry and the room was very spacious and clean and the dining room and lounge area was lovely
Overall, it was great
There was nothing to not like.

Really clean and nice place, big room ( we stayed in a two room suite ) and comfortable beds. Really good breakfast with hot meals, including full english breakfast.
The wifi speed could have been better, pretty slow internet.

Huge beds, walking distance into yarm centre. Great fresh cooked breakfast and peaceful. Staff are helpful and welcoming. We have stayed around 7 times and will continue to go back.
