Banheiro. Chuveiro não funciona adequadamente.

The apartment was excellent. Super clean, and provided everything we could ask for. The location was the best, 2 minutes from the Colosseum and 10 minutes from everything else, we all loved it and it made our walks easier since we had 2 babies with us. The rooms where away from each other and we did not bother each other with the night wakes. The kitchen as a separate room was very convenient big and fully equipped. We had an issue with one bathroom but they fixed it immediately when we mentioned it. We could not make a better choice for our accommodation. Highly recommended.

Close to the metro station and the coliseum
Need to clean better, the bathrooms were not clean enough

The location and size of the apartment.
It isn’t as well kept and as nice as the photos. The big thing to consider is the showers. Neither of the showers have working shower heads. You only have hand held with very low water pressure. Temperature was fine but for anything other than a rinse it was difficult. The bathroom had mildew on the ceiling. Very few of the outlets worked and the bed in the room with the closet has a deep dip on one side. One room doesn’t have a closet at all. The sofa in the living room is old and doesn’t seem clean. Overall it’s a typical Roman apartment that is way overpriced for the quality and is working on column instead of concerns about the guest experience. We asked for help about the shower. We messaged via booking and they didn’t answer three messages over 24 hours. They said to use WhatsApp we did and they didn’t answer for another 24 hours. They said the shower was “fine” it had water and really didn’t care. Tough experience especially for the crazy price.
