I really liked the common space up on the roof. We had a baby with us, and our Zurich trip was made easier by having that beautiful common space.
We both had nice rooms and bathrooms, and we also loved the fact that it was a short walk to the main Zurich train station.

The room was a nice size. The employees were all very kind. Nice to have an elevator I had heavy luggage. Plenty of storage for my clothes and belongings in the room. The breakfast selection was good. I only preferred the bread and jam, but that was enough for me. I am not a big breakfast person. The building location was convenient to public transportation.
Street front signage could be better. My Uber driver could not figure out where to let me off. The laundry room in the basement could use some updated equipment. The washers ate my money, which the front desk reimbursed the following day and the dryer left my clothes, smelling moldy. The breakfast kitchen area was extremely hot, even though it was said to have AC the only part of the building that guests could enjoy air-conditioning. It was a letdown. I would have liked to have had a Safe in the bedroom. There was one type of hand soap in the bathroom. I’m glad I brought my own products. Some better quality towels would be great, washcloths too. My room was very warm. Having only one fan and the windows even open didn’t let in very much air the openings were very small.
