Very quiet room . Super comfy bed. Great bathroom and shower.
Great public transport, M8 tram stop almost outside the hotel.
Not having a kettle in the room. There is access to a 24 hour tea/coffee (no decaf) machine in the reception/ lounge area. But would be nice to make a drink in your own room.

We really liked it, located very close to tram station, breakfast very good. Hotel is very well maintained and cosy. Clean. And people working there are very nice and helpful.

clean hotel with good in-house restaurant
staff is polite
good location if you want to explore the vietnamese market
size of rooms are small than expected. no fridge or water heater in a double room. we asked for a family room upgrade, but nothing is available
we had to leave 2 days before planned.
