Nice and quiet hotel.
Within walking distance to public transport (metro, tram)
The room was large enough, including air conditioning - 10th floor - beautiful view.
The breakfasts were okay, everyone had their choice.
You can park in the hotel parking lot or right in front of the hotel there is a public parking lot which had enough parking spaces at the time of our visit.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It’s in a convenient location, just a 5-minute walk to the nearest underground station, with central Berlin only 25–30 minutes away by public transport. Our family room was spacious and had plenty of room for everyone, and the beds were very comfortable, making for a good night’s sleep. Overall, a great choice for families looking for good value and easy access to the city.
The bathroom had a strong stale urine smell, which we found quite unpleasant. The room also didn’t include tea or coffee-making facilities, which would have been a nice addition. Finally, our room wasn’t refreshed or cleaned daily during our stay, which was unexpected.

Spacious room and bathroom. Over all very clean and super friendly staff.
No Mini Bar or sweet snacks available. Breakfast was not nearly as good as described in other reviews - not a lot to choose from and unsatisfying quality. Also the subway passes right below the hotel which one can hear and feel.
