Superbe location with a small private terrace in our room.
Super easy instructions and easy access to the b&b - they were really quick to respond.
Even though some reviews said that it was noisy at night because of the bar just outside - we never experienced this even though the bar was jammed packed every night - didn't hear anything from inside our room.
The only thing I would improve is the mini fridge inside our room - it was a bit too small to be useful.

- Location was great.
- Bathroom was clean with a nice powerful shower (always appreciated).
- Great service and fast communication. An easy check-in/check out experience with clear, seamless instructions.
- Enjoyed this area of Valencia, nice to be walking distance from the city centre but not right in the middle.
- Personally found the room to be on the small side for 2 people – we did have a terrace which helped.
- The bedding and towels felt quite old and the shower water constantly leaked into bathroom.
- Bed wasn't super comfortable but could be a matter of personal preference.

The staff were nice and the breakfast was ok. The bathroom was very clean. Communication prior to our stay was good.
The location was a long way from downtown. The sheets did not fit the bed and constantly came off in the night, and the blankets were thin and too small for the bed. There was a lot of dust under the bed too. There are several bars outside the building and these were very noisy until around 11pm every night.
