Localisation, petite chambre confortable et propre. Petit déjeuner correct

C’est très bruyant (côte rue) l’odeur dans l’entrée de la résidence est très désagréable. La personne qui fait les chambres et petits déjeuners n’est pas trop aimable

Struttura molto essenziale ma accogliente, camera piccola ma con tutto il necessario (asciugami, coperte aggiuntive, televisione ecc.).

La porta del bagno non si chiude e il lavandino del bagno é piccolo.

Serdecznie polecam podczas pobytu w Walencji.

Lokalizacja- świetna. Blisko centrum, metro, autobusy bardzo blisko. Świetne pokoje, zadbane, czyste, nowoczesne.

Soggiorno perfetto al BB City Garden, avevamo camera con due letti separati e bagno esterno, impeccabile. Bagno subito f

Camera piccola ma fornita di un grande armadio, scrivania e TV dove collegarsi anche a Netflix, condizionatore. Camera, bagno e biancheria pulita. Colazione perfetta e abbondante (consigliata se non volete stare a cercare un bar nei dintorni) con piatto ricco di prodotti da forno e tutto il necessario per affrontare una giornata a Valencia. Possibilità di deposito bagagli e uso del bagno prima di ripartire.

Excellent. Would book again and recommend it to others .

Everything ! The owner and his staff were kind and considerate , informative and nothing was too much trouble. They went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Our breakfast each morning was varied and nutritious and plentiful …served with a smile . The room itself was beautifully clean with plenty of storage and everything we neededNice to have some outdoor space to relax .

Very good value for the price. Modern and exactly what is needed. Free coffee in the lobby.

Spoilt by little details.

Great location and outside sitting area

Only window was frosted out and room very small, dark and gloomy. No tea and coffee making facilities in room. Shower had mould all round base of tiles and some up the walls too!

Locatie Midden in de stad.

Het personeel was ronduit onaardig bij het inchecken en het ontbijt. Kortaf en onvriendelijk. Eigenaar was er zelden. De badkamer is klein en weinig plek om bv toilettas op te bergen waardoor alles nat wordt. Douche mwoah.

Excellent location and super friendly staff! Everything went well and the rooms where clean. Great place to stay if you want to enjoy the city of valencia and the lovely restaurants in Russafa.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

From the building smell like hell to the room only bad experience Towels with smell , they dont use detergent to wash it only water NO WIFI NO TV NO FRIDGE neither in the lobby, if you want to drink something cold at 38 c bad luck … VERY VERY SMALL ROOM AC HAVE 20 years and make a lot of noise , never been cleaned for sure , there is another smell Staff dont speak any languages … they are not friendfully Very bad experience i dont lnow how this location have this score on booking ! When i asked a discount for no wi fi no tv etc my number was bloked by property in whatsap From here you understand all :)))

Valecia is a great city!! We have enjoyed every minute of it!

Location was perfect, very central and no inconveniance of to much noise. Breakfast was ok, fresh orange juice, fruit, warm milk for my coffee :-) Only the croissants were not so tasty maybe we are used to better croissants in Belgium. A super extra was the possibility to tank chilled or warm water any time of the day! Good beds and good shower!

The quality of the croissants and the bread could be better.

Perfect position at the heart of Ruzafa, nearby are a lot of restaurants and nice places for a drink. The staff is very gentle and happy to help you with questions about the city

Great location for a short break in Valencia.

The garden area is nice for relaxing. The tea and coffee area is useful. It's 10 mins from both the old town and the new arts and sciences area which makes it perfect for a short break. The immediate area is great for dinner.

The sofa bed in the family room is too hard and the aircon struggled in the heat. It's right opposite a loud bar, so bring earplugs to sleep.

Very good

Location is perfect, mattress is not very comfy!!! From my room, I could hear people on the terrace. The room was really nice. You can have a coffee before breakfast, I did not have time for breakfast but it was nice to have a coffee before leaving, and there is a water cooler.

Exceptional

I love this b&b. The room has everything in it. The beds are comfortable. There is a very nice communal room where you can sit and make yourself tea or coffee. The whole place is tastefully decorated. Little details everywhere. The furniture is nice and good quality. The terrace outside is lovely. The location in Ruzafa is fantastic 😃. This was my second stay and I will be back. In low season you get great value for money. Thank you, Alice for taking care of the place so well.

I would prefer, if there was somebody to greet me at arrival. But getting in with the key and the contact with Alice was very easy.

Modern design one bedroom accommodation with excellent storage and facilities. Breakfast on the patio was fab. Really nice breakfast selection. The breakfast staff member was lovely. Central location to transport, amenities and old town. Bathroom was nicely designed and a supply of lovely toiletries and towels

Room 3 is street facing onto a bar and it can be a little noisy.

Goid balance money / quality!

Location between the city centre and Oceanografic, the price is fair, facilities ok.

The bad is a bit too high for a short person (shorter than 165 cm) and the room needs a little TLC.

Lovely B&B, close to the city centre

It's a very nice B&B. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good and served swiftly. The location is perfect, about 10 minutes walk from the city centre, the metro and the main translation. The bedroom is not very large, but a fair size. The plus is the breakfast and outside area, where you can also sit during the day or at night. It feels like it's part of the accommodation you book (ie the room).

Great value for money at this cute B&B

Great location in the trendy neighbourhood of Ruzafa, close to Valencia's city center. The room was small but comfortable and very neat with lots of closet space. Bathroom was spacious and clean. The B&B has a very nice outside area where you can rest a bit after spending a day in the city. After check-out we could leave our bags for later pick-up which was great.

The bed could have been a little bit bigger but I can't really complain
