Super clean and looked like photos. Good central location.
The power cut out every five minutes. Especially annoying during the night as it would trigger the aircondition to make sounds and the light to turn on for a second.

No easy point of call for entry.
Power cuts all through the day and night, flashing lights and beeping waking us up all hours.
Very very small rooms.
Leaking shower.
