P.S. Any rating below 8 is a total exaggeration that doesn't reflect reality. Honestly, reading those bad reviews months after booking had me second-guessing my choice and stressing out, but being here proved that 95% of the negative ratings belong straight in the trash. When you're paying a fraction of average Valencia prices, expecting 5-star luxury is just ridiculous—for what you pay, this place is amazing. Don't let the low rating fool you — as two frequent travelers who have visited over 15 countries and stayed in all types of accommodations, we comfortably rate this place a 9 out of 10. In a standard hotel rating system, this easily matches a 4-star experience. Naturally, when visiting Spain, you have to expect a slightly different style of living and modest finishes, but for what it offers, this apartment exceeded our expectations. Considering average two-week stays in Valencia run between €1,500–€2,000, getting this level of quality for €500 is an absolute steal. Located on the 3rd floor (with a lift available), the apartment features 2 separate bedrooms and 2 private balconies. There is plenty of space on the balcony to sit down, relax, and enjoy a meal outside. The layout provides fantastic natural light and great ventilation — unless it's over +40°C outside, you can simply open up the balcony doors to let a wonderful breeze through. The modern A/C works perfectly, keeping the apartment at your exact desired temperature whenever you return. We stayed for 2 weeks and truly felt at home, especially with the friendly staff who always warmly greeted us whenever we passed by. The amenities were spot on: a fully functioning kitchen with a fridge, microwave, sink, washing machine, and an abundance of clean towels and bed sheets. Hot water and water pressure were consistent and reliable throughout our entire stay.
The shower fixture in the bathroom could use an update. Also, make sure to enter the exact address sent by the host into navigation, as searching the property name on Google Maps leads to the wrong location ( just a suggestion, as I see other reviewers did not follow instructions)

The apartment was in a very convenient location. The size was good and reasonably comfortable.
It was very hard to get instructions to get the keys. I sent my document twice, but they said they didn't receive. I had to call several times to finally get the instructions (literally on the way to the apartment.
The noise insulation is non existent. There were a couple of young girls in the apartment next door and they sounded like they were in the living room. Very disturbing.
