Senza infamia senza lode

La posizione. Vicina a ogni punto di interesse

Abbiamo chiesto più volte il lettino per la bimba che al nostro arrivo non abbiamo trovato in stanza. Comunque c’è stato portato nel giro di un’ora dopo il nostro arrivo. La nostra stanza da letto aveva il lampione per illuminare la strada proprio attaccato quindi tanta luce anche di notte vista l’assenza di tapparelle.

Buena ubicación, pero instalaciones justitas

Lo mejor del apartamento sin duda es su ubicación. Muy cerca del mercado central y del resto de monumentos del casco histórico. La cama bien, y tiene todo lo básico para cocinar algo rápido o desayunar. La persona que lo gestiona es atenta.

En general todo es bastante justito. Lo que más molestias genera es el calentador del agua que tiene un depósito muy pequeño (palabras literales del casero) por lo que no da para dos duchas de duración normal y, el tema de la climatización. En la habitación dejan una especie de radiador eléctrico y en el salón hay un aparato de climatización que no funcionan bien, no había forma de calentar la estancia. Cobrando una fianza de 200€ podrían invertir en mejores instalaciones, y si alguien da problemas pues ya tienen el dinero.

Un bellissimo soggiorno ,Valencia una città bellissima

Posizione comoda al centro storico di Valencia ,in una zona tranquilla e molto ben servita. La casa è carina e confortevole.

Purtroppo il primo giorno al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una blatta in bagno ..ma capisco che può succedere... Una cosa che merita attenzione è il fatto che non ci sia un minimo di generi alimentari...no zucchero ,no sale,no una bottiglia d' acqua, no uno scottex .. .

Downtown near the Mercado

It was all very basic, poor quality furnishings, flooring and lack of kitchen equipment, e. g cleaning products, bread knife, ice tray in freezer. No plug in the bathroom or soap in the dispenser and a foul smell but the shower was good! The settee cover was dirty and covered with sheets rather than being laundered. WiFi was very intermittent.We booked for 28 days and the office acknowledged that the accommodation was not suitable for long stay. Clearly this wasn't stated at booking. In short, you get what you pay for!

La posizione è perfetta

La cosa migliore della struttura è la posizione si trova praticamente alle spalle del mercato centrale di valencia e a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro

Abbiamo avuto problemi con la corrente e il piano cottura a induzione che non funzionava bene e io con mia figlia di 5 mesi è stato un pó un casino, non mi è piaciuto il fatto che la cauzione la prendano solo tramite carta e non cash, e in modo istantanea però non te li ritornano indietro subito dopo con bonifico istantaneo..

Comfortable and excellent value.

The location and value are excellent. The best coffee shop in Valencia is just up the street. The place was very clean and pretty quiet at night. The host was welcoming and provided us an extra set of keys upon request. Would definitely book again.

The place is a bit dated but but the cleanliness made up for it so no issues.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Niewielkie mieszkanie z dwiema sypialniami, dobrze wyposażone, czyste. Dobry kontakt z firmą wynajmującą. Bagaże można zostawić za rozsądną opłatą w firmie.

Se non avete bisogno di cucinare questo appartamento è quasi perfetto

Appartamento 3B veramente carino e vivibile, pulizia buona e posizione ottima per visitare alcune delle attrazioni principali. La via è tranquilla la notte, e si riesce a dormire senza problemi. Un piccolo terrazzo che ti permette di vivere L’ appartamento in modo completo senza sentirsi rinchiusi. Condizionatore nella stanza principale ma non in camera ( anche se a settembre con la porta del terrazzo aperta non serve neanche). Ascensore che ti evita le scale e un bagno molto carino. Lo Staf della struttura gentilissimo e rispondono a qualsiasi domanda in tempi brevi. Ci siamo trovati bene. E un grazie enorme per averci permesso di entrare in struttura prima dell’ orario del check-in.

La cucina è praticamente inutilizzabile per cucinare, fornelli ad induzione veramente piccoli ( una pentola e una padella insieme sbattono L’ un con L’ altra). E in appartamento non c’è nulla di prodotti essenziali ( olio, condimenti,tovaglioli). E la tovaglia non era stata lavata, non L’ abbiamo potuta utilizzare per via di pezzi di cibo incrostati. Abbiamo comprato il minimo indispensabile e L’ abbiamo lasciato in struttura. Ti danno una sola chiave per entrare , non costerebbe nulla farne una copia per le emergenze. Il telecomando della tv è particolare, vanno solo certi tasti e quindi è inutilizzabile. Chiedono 200 euro di deposito, per chi ha meno di 30 anni per una struttura con parecchi danni già presenti sulle pareti. Sta roba mette un po’ di ansia. Ma chi gestisce la struttura è molto corretto e il rimborso del deposito arriva in un paio di giorni. Ps: cambiate i coltelli per cucinare , sono vecchi e uno ha pure la punta rotta.

Very quiet and in the city center. Clean. In itself, the apartment is good looking.

We stayed at the 5th floor which is hot, boiling hot, requiring a/c continously. The roof is hot to the touch in late afternoon till late night in August. There was basically no sight outside, windows are squares of 30cm with opaque glass so if you don't open them, you can't see outside. And this works for the bed room because in the living room there are no windows whatsoever, just glass blocks to let some light in. Including light from the stairs so if anybody in the whole building switches on the light in the stairs, you get light in, and if you are 4 it means someone is sleeping in the sofa. The roof of the bedroom is, for the most, so low that you cannot stand even if you are 10 years old. So... In the end, I believe it was significantly overpriced.

Excellent location! Clean and tidy flat, close to many cafes and restaurants.

Lena was exceptionally helpful with all the issues even though we arrived at non-working time. The location of the flat is excellent, close to all the central tourist attractions.

I stayed only for a short time, but was satisfied with everything.

Fantastic location. Just 5 minutes walk from the cafes, bars etc in a quiet safe area. Good communication from letting agent. Easy access to keys from agent who were next door to apartment. The appartment was old and a bit worn however it was a great price for the location. It was very clean and very well equipped. The beds and pillows were very comfy.

If you are bothered about noise, this property does not have double glazing so appartements on the street side can be a bit noisy in the evenings (but I was there during las Fallas!). It was quiet in the mornings.

Great apartment, perfect location, comfy stay.

Very easy, friendly and clear communication to collect keys and access the apartment. Beds were very comfy and the shower was excellent. The location was perfect. Apartment had everything you need for a short stay.

the location is really good and the property had everything we needed

The room was a bit lived in in places, marks on furniture etc but nothing bad. the 200 euro deposit was asked for over whatsapp which I didn’t really want to do as it didn’t feel as safe as perhaps paying it through booking.com.
