Everything about this apartment is amazing. Very close to old town - easily walkable to everything in old town. Mercedes was fantastic with her communication through out the stay. Living room has an AC which helps a lot - though bedrooms don't have an AC - it did not bother us much- we also kept the doors and windows shut to help with that. But also i think it was bcoz its split unit AC and helps cool down the rooms
Kitchen has everything you need. Place is exceptionally clean.
One thing that stands up from other accommodation is the toiletries - it has everything a person would need (in case they forgot something) - to even sunscreen and curl mousse. I could not have imagined a better place to stay
I missed one of my earring and could not find it after my careful search before checkout.But the cleaning staff found it and went out of their way to make sure I can get it back as I was still in the city. Mercedes helped cordinate so much - thank you.
Only thing slightly disturbing was the sounds of the doors - may be the upstair neighbours. Everytime the ground floor door opens or close - you can hear the sound of it but bcoz people don't close it slowly. When we entered for the first time we realized it and then made sure to slowly close it every time then

Very well located in the heart of Valencia close to the Central Market Hall.
The apartment is equipped with everything one needs, regardless if you stay for one night or one month.
It was clean and the beds were comfortable.
Communication with the owner was very good. Even though we did not meet in person, they were always available via messaging with immediate responses.
Not an issue for our family, but probably still worth being mentioned: the apartment is on the first floor and the staircase is quite steep and narrow. So for elderly or handicapped people that apartment might be not the first choice.
