The hotel has just changed ownership and is undergoing a full refurbishment and can be a little dusty and a little noisy just now but the owners are going a great job of trying to keep the rooms clean and tidy they also keep you updated on when the workers will be making a lot of noise. No bar or food just now due to the work being carried out. Look forward to going back and seeing the hotel after the full refurbishment is finished. We were just staying there for a few days and were out all day.
I'm disabled and the stairs were a bit of a struggle but I managed them slowly. The hotel owners were very helpful and friendly and doing a great job of keeping the rooms available during the refurbishment.

Fresh Milk on Room , Plenty tea and coffee
It was dirty , stains on bedding , mirror was dirty , fridge around the edging was very dirty , overall pretty unclean
