The room was clean, and inexpensive. There's also a fridge in the room - very handy. WiFi also works well.
Room 5 (and 6) is not en-suite, whilst there is a dedicated bathroom in the hall, it is inconvenient for filling the kettle or nipping to the loo without disturbing others (because the door locks are noisy).

I never met a member of staff during the visit, it was a good place that stay apart from noisy seagulls which I know can’t be helped

Great location and the big double beds room was a great space. Good value for money. Host was very accommodating with an early check in we required as we were going to the football that day

Parking. Self contained. Own shower room. Surfaces clean. Quiet, no sounds of others. Room had a fridge.
The decor …. Battleship grey everywhere so depressing. Battle ship grey sheets and towels so I didn’t feel that they were clean…. First night slept on top of the bedding as unsure if the bed was clean
