The staff were amazing! Super cute spot and the included breakfast was perfect to start the day. The bathroom was super clean.
Disclaimer, the jacuzzi is NOT included in the price, you need to pay extra. You can't bring your own alchool also. The hotel is a little bit away from the city center, which can be a good or bad thing, depending on your preferences.

Spectacular Valley view from the room, the stuff acommodated a special breakfast request with no questions asked! On the edge of the village, the hotel has a private feel, away from the bustle of the village. The design was contemporary.

The mountain view is one of the best in town. The facilities are modern, clean, and comfortable.
I wish I knew the jacuzzi had an extra cost.

Lovely view off the balcony. Breakfast was good on the one day we were able to have it.
Staff were very friendly - Spanish speaking only which was fine by us but do note English is listed on Booking.com and there certainly wasn't any!
Breakfast service starts quite late for an area with very early activities, we had to find other options on two days anyway in order to be able to get to activities on time.
Really noisy in the rooms if people are being loud in the hallways, also a hostel behind the building with loud music, although they did seem to turn it off by around 11pm.
No room service daily - in quite a cold room our towels and bathroom just stayed continuously damp.
Walk into town was up a reasonably steep hill and the last part closer to the hotel isn't well lit - I wouldn't feel safe walking as a solo female traveler at night time to this hotel.
We didn't feel like the photos on Booking.com are indicative of the actual hotel itself, ie. the jacuzzis are down in the front yard, not really overlooking the view as they appear in photos. There was no seating on the deck so sit and appreciate the view.
