The location was perfect, the hotel was very nice and clean, and the room and bathroom were spotless. The bed was very comfortable, and the warm shower water was perfect! The workers were incredibly kind, attentive, and communicated very well!
The first night, we didn’t sleep very well as we could hear the guests above us walking around and occasionally dropping things. The next day, we asked if it was possible to move to a room on the second floor. The worker immediately contacted the manager, and they kindly approved the change. We really appreciated how quickly they helped us—it was not their fault at all.
In the first-floor room, there wasn’t much space to hang clothes, and a small table would have been helpful. The window blinds were also slightly smaller than the window, so they didn’t fully cover it. A ceiling fan like the one in the second-floor room would also be a nice addition.
The second-floor bedroom, however, was very nice and well-equipped, with everything we needed.

The Hotel is located in the Center of Salento, there were two options for breakfast and coffee and juice-refill. We got breakfast to go on our second day, because we had to leave early.
The pictures of the room in booking didn’t represent the actual room we got.

Central location
very noisy, not very warm welcome, breakfast on a different location. The room smells a bit.
