Le faltó aire acondicionado ya que hacía mucho calor por las temperaturas altas actuales..

Dankzij de nieuwe kamer toch wel oké.

Goed ontbijt, hygiëne, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

In kamer 4 hoor je de hele nacht (om de 7 seconden) geklop tegen de muur door de verwarmingsinstallatie in de aangrenzende ruimte. Nadat we hierover geklaagd hebben hebben we voor de volgende nacht een andere kamer aangeboden gekregen. Toen was alles oké.

Perfect for a weekend if you are travelling to Valle de Cocora or the coffe farms.

The property is located in the center of Salento, just few steps from the main square. The staff is very helpful and nice, we loved to chat with them. The room was cozy and clean.

The breakfast was included but limited in options.

Super schoon, uitgebreid ontbijt in het restaurant. Fijne bedden

De badkamer was erg klein. En de douche werd steeds een andere temperatuur. Maar voor 1 nacht was dit geen probleem.

Fenomenal

El desayuno excelente, pero lo mejor de todo, es la atención de la Señora Gloria, una gran persona y siempre dispuesta a colaborar. Muy recomendado y una excelente ubicación, a media cuadra del parque principal.

I’d stay here again if you are ok with a basic room.

Great location, ability to store luggage, staff were very friendly, a nice hot shower. We only had 1 night here so it was great to be able to access Salento.

It seems all the beds in Colombia are real firm.

Excelente opção

Localização excelente, conforto da cama, lençóis e toalhas ótimos, extremamente limpo, funcionários muito atenciosos.

Só o café da manhã que achamos muito simples, embora seja gostoso. Você escolhe entre algumas opções, mas ou é fruta ou ovos. Os dois juntos só pagando. Quando chegamos o quarto que nos foi disponibilizado era o standard e eu tinha reservado o superior. Depois de reclamarmos foi dado o quarto certo.

Desde que ingresamos al hotel la atención fue maravillosa , íbamos con nuestras maletas y nos ayudaron a llevarla a la habitación previa al check in.

No me gusto la claridad de la habitación, pienso q debe deberían dar otra opción para aquellos que nos gusta la oscuridad

Superb

Staff was wonderful and the breakfast was excellent. If you plan to do Cocora, ask about the bagged lunches at the restaurant. Delicious food and good vegetarian options. I would stay many times over.

Modest, but comfortable hotel. Very friendly nd helpful staff.. The location is amazing: about 30 m away from he main square. Good value for money.

The breakfast was alright, but nothing to write home about. A bit noisy as the attached restaurant / bar was playing loud music, like in many places in Columbia.

One of our top accommodation in Colombia

Location is perfect and central! Near the square where you can take jeep trip to la Valle de Cocora and near restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bank and post office. Staff was very friendly and gave us a lot of advices. Amazing breakfast! This was the best breakfast we had in Colombia! Pancakes are to die for! You can chose between 3 breakfast options. Rooms are cozy and the bed was comfy. Accommodation is not sound proof (roosters in the morning) but overall very quiet despite the location which is very central. It didn't bother us but good to know if you are a light sleeper View is amazing and the accommodation is beautiful with its wooden doors and shutters. Private parking is a real plus although it is very narrow

Lovely place in Salento

Lovely place in Salento. Close to the main square, from which also jeeps (Willy) to Cocora valley are going. However, we were in the time Easter week so parts od the main square were closed for traffic and Willy jeeps did not go from there. Instead they went from a place closer to town entrance which was 10min walk away. The hosts of hotel explained were to go exactly. Nice breakfast, the place has it’s own private parking which is great and not so common in Salento. Just across the street is also a larger paid parking which does not seem expensive, but it is even better if you have your own included in the accommodation price.

Location was big plus, only 30 sec to main square, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast decent

Our room was very small incl the window! be aware of the picture on booking :) - you get what you book. Unfortunately, we had 3x no water.. but i guess this was in the whole town. Also the doors are very thin and a little bit of a bummer that there is no loby.

A straightforward & good jumping off point for Salento adventures

Very good location right in Salento off the main plaza. We were originally meant to stay at another hotel that was a 10 min drive from town but glad we switched here at the last minute. Rooms were simple, clean, and comfortable. Worth paying a little more for a room for a balcony. The little parking lot was great so we didn't have to worry about public parking. Helpful and kind staff.

Only a couple small, minor things: TV wasn't working and it would be nice if they could include small table lamps or another light source as the only lights in the room were bright fluorescents so it wasn't as peaceful to read under at night or when in the room just relaxing. Otherwise, good stay.

Perfect hotel to stay in Salento

Very friendly staff, the room was clean and we had a hot water in the shower! The location was perfect, only 2 minutes walk to the main square but it was still quiet during the day/night.

Wonderful stay in one of the jewel locations in all Colombia

Great location and very comfortable quiet and spacious room and bathroom. Incredibly clean. Happy and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

great location for your stay in Salento

The staff was very helpful & friendly. The room was very clean. wifi was decent. the balcony (aka a large window) was nice because the room felt more open. location was great next to the main square, restaurants and all else you might need.

the room was small. you could hear all people passing the hallway next our room. the breakfast was good but the amount was under a lot of other locations we stayed in in Colombia (do yourself a favour and don’t have the coffee there it’s not good).

I recommend this place. Is very nice and right at the center.

Location was great, the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good, you had a few options. The staff was great they helped us to get a taxi from Armenia to Salento and from Salento to Pereira.

Our room had no Balcony, ironically and the bathroom could have been better.

Absolutely great location with amazing food!

Not only is the hotel very traditional and beautiful, the breakfast is outstanding! The location is also right on the central square of Salento. I would absolutely recommend!

Our room was one of the only ones that doesn’t have a balcony, which meant that the space was a little small.
