Tudo foi perfeito! Se pudesse dar nota mil eu daria! Nao podia ter sido melhor! Os donos nos atenderam super bem, todos os funcionarios com extrema educaçao e atendimento excelente! Recomendo a todos de olhos fechados! Muito obrigado ao Hotel por me proporcionar momentos excelentes na minha estadia!

The charme and the surroundings! Very friendlz staff in the restaurant
1. **Value vs. Quality**: I felt that the value provided did not align with the quality of the services received. There were several aspects that detracted from my stay.
2. **Beverage Temperature**: The beverages served were not cold, which diminished the overall experience.
3. **Coffee Machine Issues**: The coffee machine in the morning was not functioning properly, impacting the start of the day for many guests.
4. **Front Desk Service**: Unfortunately, I found the front desk staff to be unfriendly and not adequately responsive to constructive feedback or complaints. This affected the overall impression of the service quality.
