This beautiful 3 bedroom 2.5 bath villa is part of a lovely 3 unit semi-detached building located in the secure gated community of February Point Resort and has been recently refurbished to the highest standards! This villa is one of few in the development that boasts having a lovely white sandy beach right at its doorstep.
It features covered patios with breathtaking views of Elizabeth Harbor and Stocking Island. The main level features a fully equipped kitchen, with an open living/dining room plan, with a half bathroom and a brand new stackable washer and dryer. On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with a king size bed, large en-suite bathroom, separate shower and a spacious separate double sink area and, a large balcony overlooking the beach. Wonderful and perfect place to enjoy the Exumas. Great view and nice little private beach in front. Enjoy the Kayaks and Paddle board in the bay out front. Great proximity to Gorge town!

The location was lovely but our AC and dryer were both broken for the 1st 2 days of our 3 day trip. The guest shower upstairs had very low water pressure and had a leak in the pipes resulting in water coming out of the downstairs vent. The master bathroom shower had very little to no hot water. Other than that, we had a lovely time and enjoyed the views and stay.
