This beautiful 3 bedroom 2.5 bath villa is located in the secure gated community of February Point Resort and is one of few in the development that boasts having a lovely white sandy beach right at its doorstep.
It features a covered patio with breathtaking views of Elizabeth Harbor and Stocking Island. The main level features a fully equipped kitchen, with an open living/dining room plan, a half bathroom and a stackable washer and dryer. On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with a king size bed, large en-suite bathroom, separate shower and a spacious separate double sink area as well as a large balcony overlooking the beach. The two other bedrooms feature queen beds that share a bathroom.
The villa also enjoys simple luxuries such as central air conditioning, high speed internet access. Other amenities include an Infinity Pool, Fitness Centre, Tennis Courts, Spa, a waterfront restaurant and bar, marina and two other beaches adjacent to the villa for you and the family to explore. Kayaks and paddle boards are available for guests to use.

The property was beautiful and quiet- perfect for our family of four. The kids loved the pool, which was located right next door, and the beach was excellent and just steps away from the back porch. We plan to stay here again on our next trip to Exuma!

The beach was in view from the master bedroom and the view was lovely. Very quiet, the property manager was on top of all of our needs. Calm beach and pool is steps away. Love it. Will come back!

We were able to check in early. The location was great, right on the water. Small pool next door. No one was ever there. February Point was a beautiful gated neighborhood. I was able to run throughput the neighborhood. There also was a small weight room. Kayaks and paddle boards were provided which was nice. Upon arrival, we noticed one of the ceiling fans in one of the bedrooms. We notified them and the next morning it was fixed! Exuma is such a beautiful place. The water is so clear and blue. There was sea turtle that we saw everyday. Loved everything about it! Thank you!

No soap in the showers. Very steep stairs that are hard to get luggage upstairs and all bedrooms are upstairs. Shower door in master bath ready to fall off the hinges. AC system doesn’t seem to be regulated properly as one minute it is ice cold, then 15 minutes later it’s hot.Upside is a nice view and very convenient to Georgetown.
