Staff was great and very helpful. Camilo took good care of us and helped resolve issues when we had them. The coffee farm tour experience was wonderful. The views from the house are incredible. The food and service was also good. The staff was very attentive. We would love to come back again.
The jacuzzi never got warm unfortunately. There is a limited amount of hot water at any time, which is not enough to support all the rooms, so only some people were able to get hot showers.

The hotel is awesome! The staff and owners were very nice.
I really appreciated all the small a the hotel details. Like a trip to France. To many to list but the food, beds, pillows, waters, soaps and so many many more
If you do not want to get your car really muddy, have the hotel pick you before the dirt roads. If you do not have experience driving off-road do not go on the dirt roads. I was able to make it to the hotel with AWD but it was not raining and note cars ground clearance is a issue.
The horse were good for the family.
The chef made us ceviche and octopus and it was good. The hotel has good Champagne. The hotel opened a couple bottles of my wine for a fee.
The whole stay was a pleasure.
The credit card payment system they used did not work due to poor internet. We check with our Colombian credit card companies. Lucky we have cash with us. I hate the feeling of being unable to pay what I owe - I feel embarrassed and it is not my fault. I would pay before I go if possible or bring cash.
I did not like the wines the hotel offered.

Amazing experience. This place is so beautiful . Make sure you go horse-riding with a bottle of aguardiente :-) My guide was Juan and the trip was great. The food is amazing and the chef is very professional and prepares great dishes. Very friendly staff . Had a great time. It’s a must visit and only 2, 5 hrs from Medellin ! Thanks for everything . Hope to be back one day :-)
