The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. Everything was very clean, and the room was cleaned every day. We especially loved the lovely little balcony, where we could sit in the evenings and listen to the music coming from the city. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. We sincerely recommend this place!

Location can’t be better - right in the center of Catania. Room is fine, has the basics you need for a few days trip, everything was very clean. Great host, everything easily arranged via phone/whatsapp throughout the stay.

The staff was very helpful. we haven't met them at all but they've sent us detailed explanations on how to access the room outside of checking hours. We communicated via Whatsapp which was very comfortable and the were very responsive.
The noise from outside was very annoying. anything from people, cars, music, bars and so on were heard as if they were in the room with us. I will say though, that there were complimentary earplugs in the room.
the room itself was very clean but it felt very cheap. some things fell apart or felt as if they will. the bed was also not very comfortable. It can be argued that the room was worth the price but all in all the feeling in the room was not too good.
