It was very comfortable, in a safe area and the facilities were exactly what we needed for a short, relaxing stay!
It was a bit of a walk up the stairs and from the beach, but not too far from central Nice

Great location, just off the main shopping street. The room seemed generally clean, and we were able to check in a little earlier than check-in. Communication with the host was great; very quick responses
The room felt a little cramped, and I feel the mattress is due for replacement- we were able to feel the bed frame.
