The proximity to the railway station and to the tram
They dont give you shower gel just shampoo in small sizes and there’s a handwash near the sink, which isn’t that practical at all (when you’re in travel size things) when in the description they mentioned free toileteries

Ive stayed at many 5 start hotels, this was the first time I stayed in a one star hotel. It was a last minute booking for a trip to Monaco to see the F1 GP. I must say it exceeded the expectations in every aspect.
To start, I received a call from the hotel after the qualifying was over, asking if I was going to make it to check in before midnight. Excellent service.
Then, an AC that actually works, even when we were away. The room was very fresh the whole time.
Lastly, a clean simple room in the 5th floor with no lift as promised. Great location, a wifi that works.

Friendly staff, good location. Good air conditioning.
Stayed in a single room, which was very small and would not comfortably fit a large suitcase. The shower was in an awkward position, and water leaked out into the room, leaving a puddle outside the bathroom door. Wasn't expecting anything too amazing but didn't feel very clean.
