Superb location next to the train station for Monaco, Menton, etc and less than a 20 min walk to the promenade. Within 2 mins walk you get to the grocery store, bakery and the main avenue
Room was clean and ac works perfectly
Stuff was polite and provided all requests like the crib

I really loved the location of the hotel. It was very convenient and made it easy to explore Nice and travel around. The staff were wonderful — always kind, professional, helpful and smiling. The hotel was quiet and very clean, and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated having both regular power sockets and USB ports in the room. Everything felt simple, peaceful and welcoming.
The only small downside was that the bed in the single room was a little narrow. Apart from that, I was very happy with my stay.
