Pleasant

Location is excellent considering that the train station is very close (300m) and there is a superb breakfast place nearby (la Kawa). The room was always clean.

- Toilet had a weird smell and was very small. - Bed very bad and small. - Walls like paper. - Staff did the absolute minimum. Didn't even say hello when walking by the reception.

Great location, kind stuff and very clean

Too much money for below the average hotel, and that’s the price without breakfast. Also they charge breakfast 12€ per person and there were ONLY croissants, coffee and juice. Unspeakable

Basic. Lacking in facilities and pretty noisy old lift.

Expensive for a basic room without many facilities such as ability to make tea/coffee. Very noisy lift for those people n third floor.

the place was cool, the beds are confortable and good equipaments. the staff are really attentives and helpfull. good location ;)

the wifi is terrible, always disconneting and the air conditioning wasn't working in my bedroom.

Nothing price was way to high in comparision to hotelKHLA which I stayed at on the 29th.

Every thing from my check in.Front desk guy was outside smoking with his friends I felt like I was bothering him. Breakfast was not worth 12euros. Air conditioning system didn't work for 3 days. Safe instructions didn't make sense. Front staff was the worst I have had to deal with. The manager on the 29th in the morning was rude and condescending which is why I will be in touch with Booking.com once I get home .

The location is great if you want to travel by train. Breakfasts were repeatable, but there was everything you need to start a day and the staff is really nice. The beds were very comfortable and the towels changed every day. In general, the place was very, very clean!

Unfortunately, you can really hear all your neighbours because the walls are very thin.

Superb

The bed was very comfortable, I slept very well. I loved that there is a terrace which was very good for people who smoke and to have a coffee (we stayed on the fourth floor). The staff was great, all very helpful from the ladies who do the cleaning from the guys at the front desk. The bathro om was clean, the towels were replaced daily. Good value for the location and the price range in Nice.

Since I am not a picky person I have nothing to add.

The conformable bed, pillows and the cleanliness of the room. The staff were very hospitable.

There was nothing that disappointed us. Everything was great and as expected.

The water in our room wasn’t hot and at the reception they told us, that we are the first guest in a month so the hot water will take a while to come. Hot water started the second day, which waasn’t really good because we stayed for two days… the same problem was with the heating and also the water wasn’t drinkable. First night we found BEDBUGS crawling around one of the beds. For the second night they gave us different room.

Good stay

Bed is comfortable, fridge in the room, enough space for one person. Good value of money for a few days

Bathroom wasnt the best, cracks and marks on wall and floor. Shower was okay.

A lovely and convenient stay in Nice

The location of the hotel is quite nice and convenient to go to the Nice-Ville station and easy to walk around to anywhere in the city.

I find the pillow is too soft for me, and there's only soap and shampoo in the bathroom, no handwash nor body wash.

Pleasant for 1 night stay but due to space would struggle sharing with two friends due to space.

Clean and modern bedroom with good linen and towels.

Bathroom dated and in need of renovation, old shower and shower cubicle and some aspects of decor unfinished, including surround around door and old drill holes in tiles.

Very small room in the last floor Super hot so air con nonstop running (which was hanging funny on the wall) The room smelled weird Bathroom was very small so the toilet was almost unusable In the morning, we've found some bug in the shower moving around...

Look forward to going back in 2 years time

The location to the Railway, restaurants, about 20-25 min walk to beach & 10 mins to tram back to the airport. Staff were lovely &helpful, breakfast choices were wonderful.

Fire exit signage, the shower head was loose loose but the staff apologised for that but we coped! Apparently but we didn’t know tea & coffee facilities in France is not done so that was disappointing but hey it gets you out to the local shops! Oh yes final thing, finding the actual street was difficult, luckily it was a lovely day and the local people were very helpful, you’re looking for the Main Street and it’s around the corner from Burger King, no we didn’t go there it’s just for directional purposes
