It was very close to the train station. Breakfast provided in a room next door. Typical coffee tea juices fruit pastries bread spreads and cereal. Clean and tidy. We arrived earlier than check in and were travelling with another couple. We were given one out of two rooms to leave our luggage and freshen up. The second room was ready earlier than expected so that was a big bonus
The window in the room looked out in to a very ugly dirty back area. This didn’t impact our stay.

A comfy central hotel, close to transport (trains and trams) and a 15 minute walk to the seafront; 20 mins to the Old City. Nice is very accessibly on foot. The room was small, but well air-conditioned, it suited us perfectly as a base to explore the city and rest. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was great, a short walk to the main strip and tram stop
The bathroom was too small, shower was tiny. Sheets not changed during our stay, only towels replaced .
