It had air con, the host Rachel was very friendly and helpful with information on which metro and trains to get, the location was excellent.
Only thing to mention, the door to get into was hard to open with the key. It took a few attempts to open. Might be because I am not used to French door locks.

The apartment had everything we needed. Enough space.
The location, while not in old town, was very convenient in the new town. Very close to the train station and our rental car drop off.
Air conditioning was effective which was very much needed during a heat wave.
Cost was somewhat high but I suppose that's just Nice. I couldn't find anything cheaper that was decent.
