Great location - only 10-15mins walk from the colloseum and then only 5 mins walk from a metro station to get across Rome and to and from the station.
Breakfast was good.
Very happy overall.

Location was 5 mins from metro station. In typical Rome block where mostly locals live. Room was decent size with en-suite, fridge and a safe. Was 35 degrees, but no problem, air conditioning. 2nd floor, but there was a lift if required. Staff are brilliant and go out of their way to be helpful. Fruit, water and bottle of wine was there for us on arrival. Water refilled when room was cleaned.
Cant give any negatives.

Breakfast was good. The staff was very accommodating and took care of our shuttle reservations to and from hotel. Brought our luggage to apartment and showed us how to get in and out hotel with keys provided. Very secure environment . It was close to many delicious restaurants
Probably the steps that we had to climb before getting to elevator to take us to our floor. But we managed

The staff are very friendly and nice. The location is also excellent - no more than 10-15 mins walk to a tube station and the Colosseum. The bed is quite comfy for a good-night sleep. And the overall feeling that you're safe. The bottle of wine was also a nice touch.
The breakfast is quite poor. Also, the bathroom is quite small. The warm water comes slowly too. The enclosed shower is like an ice-ring, quite dangerous. And maybe a bit of refurbishment should be done too. The bathroom door opens and closes with extremely annoying noise.
