Our stay at this property was amazing! The location was excellent—just a five-minute walk from the Colosseum, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Rome.
The room was spacious and comfortable for our family of two adults and two teenage boys. Everything was very clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and we appreciated being able to store our luggage before check-in, which made our arrival much easier.
The terrace was a wonderful bonus and a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. We were also impressed by the administrative staff, who were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
Overall, this property exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again on a future visit to Rome.
P.S: Beware of the cafe place in front of the property who charged us 80 euros for coffee, juices and croissants.

Good area & friendly staff, area was a little bit hard to navigate and access but eventually we figured it out. Close and walkable to the colosseum but is a bit further from some other spots. Overall good stay and we would recommend for a short stay!
