The breakfast was excellent. The check in and check out was smooth.

Clean and spacious rooms. En suite bathroom well-appointed (including bidet.) Hearty breakfast next door: eggs, bacon/hem, cheese, pastries, espresso machine. Easy to drop luggage before 3pm check-in. Two laundromats and a grocery store within a few minutes' walk.
Very limited kitchenette facilities: almost no dishes or silverware, tiny shared refrigerator. Elevators don't really go to guestroom floors, but stop between floors requiring pulling suitcases up steps. Relatively far from Metro station.

The location made it either a quick walk into the centre or if walking the up and down roads of losbon isn't your thing then it's close enough to the city centre and airport that uber prices are good, the breakfast was a standard breakfast but decent if your not too picky what you eat, it's shared barhroom but the floor we were on had 2 bathrooms and we never once saw anyone use ours
The ac unit was weak an hardly worked, the cleanliness of the towels could have been better
