Swimming pool is closed Mon- Thurs, this should be clearly be mentioned on the respective booking sites. Duty manager(s) should consider being more flexible in terms of allowing people access to the Sauna facilities when the pool is not available.
Breakfast is great BUT it is the same every day which can be challenging if you are staying a week.

Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a problem with the door lock in my room and they helped me move to another one quickly. Hotel is close to the station - about a 10 min walk.
There shouldn't be a problem with room door locks at this price... A few days before arrival, I got a generic corporate message 'offering' quick check-in and checkout if I register for some loyalty program. Turns out one can check out quickly without registering for this program, but having to confirm that was an unnecessary worry and hassle. (I was already on a tight schedule and chose this hotel to be able to catch an early train, so couldn't afford any delays.) As others have mentioned, the layout of the bathroom is unusual. Also, you have to turn off the bedroom lights using the phone's touchpad, which is a bit finicky. A simple switch would be better. On-site restaurants are pricey.
