First of all room was extremely small and awkwardly designed to save space even though their rate was equivalent of star hotel in Gangnam. Staffs were not that friendly as well.

The house keeping only made the bed and didnt clean anything else. They left the trash in the room. The shower head was filthy, dirty, and had black stains.

Lobby and Room is very nice and clean. Not much to do in the area after 8pm. Arcade still under construction and the 24 hour convenience store is on other side of the hotel.

I liked everything except I thought the restaurant prices on floor two was too exensive to use. I liked that there was a convenience store in the hotel open 24 hours. Love how close Yongsan Station is.

Fantastic hotel, with some great amenities. It's clean and the hotel staff are about as friendly as they can be. It's a little unclear which floors are off limits to regular guests. Whether or not that was the intention is anyone's guess. I wish I knew the pool was open I would have brought swimwear!

I will never, ever visit this ridiculous place again in my lifetime. In room dining was terrible. First, it took 40 minutes to get just simple ice bucket for champagne and 90 minutes to get what I’ve ordered for dinner Second, delivered wrong menu! Chicken salad instead of Caprese! Lastly, how come you guys miss that many things? Where were Champagne glasses, pickles and mustard sauce for burger, mayonnaise for French fries, and butter or anything for bread? What the hell is wrong with you? And about breakfast? I don’t even wonna talk about it. These guys made me sit not in a dinning area but in a kid’s play room where there’s no heating. You know it was -11 degree outside. Of course food quality was also worse than terrible.

I booked a suite for my birthday weekend and it was amazing. The room was pretty big and very clean. It came with access to the executive lounge and free breakfast. Overall, the room was amazing, I will definitely be booking this room again!

Stayed here overnight prior to my flight back to London. The towels werent clean which I asked for replacement. The previous guest may just have accidently folded it back. What was worse was finding stains on the duvet the next morning as I was checking out. As you can imagine my flight wasn't a pleasant experience knowing that this room may not have been cleaned...

The staff is polite and courteous. They speak English which is good if you are a foreigner. The best part of the hotel is the easy access to Yongsan Station and the malls.

The place looked just like the photos. The hotel is connected to Yongsan station but the direct link on the second floor is currently closed due to COVID-19 measures. But not so inconvenient as you can simply take the escalator or elevator down one floor to get to the main entrance. Overall very happy with the stay and service.

Fantastic, high quality hotel. My only complaint is that we were unable to adjust the temperature and the room was quite warm all night. I suspect that the hotel hasn't activated the air conditioning yet since it is still cool outside. A minor complaint in what was otherwise a great stay.

The room itself was very comfortable and nicely arranged but it was quite cumbersome trying to find the light switch. There should be some sign or indicator that the room lights can be adjusted on the room phone's touch screen.

The staff were wonderful assuring that we were taken care of. There was a problem with the hot water in our room and the manager moved us to a new room. The stay was not without problems but overall it was lovely.

Room was clean and warm. They don’t turn on air conditioning during the winter time, but if it gets too stuffy inside, they can bring up a fan, free of charge, for the duration of your stay! Definitely coming back here with my wife again!

It is a very nice hotel and I love this Novotel in Seoul. However, the noise level is too high, I had to complain to the front once at night after 10:00pm. I understand it is due to a number of tourists that seemed to have increased a lot. It would be appreciated by other guests if everyone is notified with night time etiquette in consideration of others. Thank you.
