Location was okay. It was close to a shopping centre. Staff were professional and helpful.
Our room was quite spacious. Breakfast was good.
The buffet breakfast and dinner was quite pricey compared to the hotel we stayed at in Tokyo, Japan.

Huuuuuge room with an excellent view of Seoul. Much better than other Novotels I have stayed at. The room was very spacious, modern and had everything I needed including a laundry in the room. Lobby connects two other hotels but its all very well organised.
The food was quite disappointing

Very limited facilities in the room. Staff were not particularly friendly or helpful
