We enjoyed staying in a historic building very close to the centre of Sintra. The shower was great and the room very clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful, friendly and kind. This made our stay more relaxing and enjoyable.

Neat place
Not soundproofed, large dog on the property who would not stop barking, staff seem to be volunteers (lack of customer service), difficult access (by car)/ no parking

Breakfast as described, very enjoyable
Appreciate that this is to be expected from the age of the building but walls very thin and noise transmitted easily ie.heard other people using the loo at night and moving around!!
