O quarto era muito arejado, bonito e arrumado. O banheiro era bem equipado e o chuveiro excelente. O staff foi super simpático e nos atendeu inclusive ao fazer o café da manhã meia-hora mais cedo. A localização era muito boa, exatamente em frente à bela via Toledo e à estação de metro de mesmo nome.
O café da manhã era talvez simples demais.

The location is great, close to a street with a lot of restaurants and stores. I checked in late at night so I got exact instructions on WhatsApp from the staff on how to enter and self check in.
The room itself was great, very spacious and clean. It has air conditioning.
You can keep your luggage after checking out if you have some time to spend before leaving the city.
I didn’t have the breakfast they offer but I’m not sure I’d recommend it. They offer it for 7 euro per person but it looked quite poor and in a distance of 50 meters from the hotel there are a lot of pastries shops, coffee shops and street food so breakfast is not really necessary.

Shower was good. I like reading lamps next to bed so I was happy about the fact there was some.
Air conditioning was great.
It was clean.
There was difficulty getting through the street door/gate. It was because of another resident who showed us the way. Finally walked up 2floors and knocked on the door. It opened eventually and there were a few older guests there. Thinking they were staff we said we had a booking but they didn’t understand. After a very stressful 15 mins or so the elderly gentleman managed in broken English that they were guests and the man to greet us wasn’t there to greet him either. He kindly looked for the phone number we had and called. Two minutes later a man came in. He was Vincenzo our host. He said he was expecting us between 9 and 10pm. I pointed out that it was 9.30 !
Anyway he finally showed us to our room.
