Location and staff
The hotel is not soundproofed, and street noise can be heard until 11 pm (there is a restaurant right in front of the hotel).

Well located and staff was nice and helpful.
The room was not value for money we paid. The bed was too hard and making noise every time we move.

The hotel enjoys an absolutely perfect location from which to explore Naples. The terminus from the Alibus, and the port providing transportation to the islands are a mere fifteen minutes walk away, while the position of the hotel itself, on a pedestrianised section of the Via Toledo, places it in the heart of Neapolitan activity. I found the staff very helpful and the room itself ( in two levels) had excellent facilities and felt both comfortable and secure.

Location was great and hotel was clean. There was a smart tv. Except one person, other staff was very kind.
When we come first day we waited around 10min. Outside because staff was not on lobby. After she came she seemed confused.
Firs night here was a construction on the next building and it continued all night until morning in front of our window. Nobody from staff didnt get action.
On the window there was no sheer curtain. And when you closed the blackout curtain room was very dark.
There was no sanitary kits. There was only soap and shower gel. There was no shampoo.
Last thing be careful about the check out is 10am. They said no problem to us but important.
