Location superb !! Near old town and Spanish quarter ! Parking in the building . The Naples vibe is always good !
Balcony too small to use . Could not sit there to enjoy the city vibe!

Our rooms were amazing! We stayed two separate nights, and so did our friends. It was a good location with great views. Easy to walk and find restaurants.
The beds were okay but a little firm for us. The reviews I read all said how quiet it was. We found it to be quite noisy during the night from the street outside. Also the people next door to us partied until very late at night.

I liked being by the metro, it was very convenient.
Overall, I was not pleased with my room. When I arrived they said my room was larger, but to me it was the worst room pictured here. I think the pictures are very generous and do not accurately reflect the rooms. It is very loud with people coming and going. The hotel is very small. Having to constantly give our keys to the security guard was frustrating. There were no rugs and it felt very bare in the room. Our shower was in the main room, and there was no way to have privacy as you shower. There was also clear water damage on the ceiling around the showerhead. There was the minimal decor, and overall everything felt very stark. Our room was also dusty. I'd say overall, I would have preferred to spend a little bit more to get a nicer stay. It almost felt like a hostel. There were other options around for the same price point but we liked the pictures of this one. We did not like the street we were on either, as it was immensely busy and we were constantly pushed.
