We booked 4 rooms for our group of eight adults. All four rooms were quite large with A/C , comfortable beds , well furnished and were very clean. Rooms open to a large dinning area which is also nicely furnished and with a beautiful view of a paddy field. I found the room chargers to be very reasonable for the facilities provided.
Couldn’t find any faults with this property. Happy to come back if we visit Polonnaruwa again.

Good hotel located not so far from Polonnaruwa town. No disturbing as it was located just pass the town.. owners family lives in ground floor.. but there was no disturbence.. has basic amenities like hot water, Tv channels. Good budget friendly hotel... can be recommended ...
It would be best of it has seperate entrance to upper floors. And tea coffe makers.

Le calme de la chambre
La saleté du logement en général: la crasse de la salle de bain, la poussière partout (sur le lit, tv, ventilateur, placard etc) on dirait que le ménage n’a pas été fait depuis longtemps. Odeur désagréable dans la chambre.
Vélos fournis dans un sale etat pour un prix exagéré.
